By using the Forever Young website, facilities or services, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws.
Website use
- Use the website only for lawful purposes and respect intellectual-property and privacy rights.
- You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your province or country.
- We may update, suspend or discontinue website features and may refuse service where appropriate.
Products, pricing and bookings
- Products, services, availability and prices may change without notice.
- Golf sessions may generally be booked up to 30 days in advance.
- Online cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before the reservation unless the specific booking policy says otherwise.
- Guests are responsible for their group during a reservation.
Waivers and payment
- Every applicable guest must complete the required liability waiver before entering an activity area.
- A valid payment card may be required for reservations. Forever Young does not store complete card information.
- Orders or reservations may be limited or cancelled when fraud or misuse is suspected.
Liability and governing law
Access to the website and services is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. These terms are governed by Ontario law, and applicable disputes are handled in Toronto, Ontario.
